Field Service M&E Technician

We are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team in the Southampton, Portsmouth, or Guildford areas.
This role involves travelling to dedicated sites as our client's first point of call for planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring minimal downtime, and providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced M&E Engineer who is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of mechanical tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience working with 18th edition electrical standards and familiarity with HVAC equipment.
- A valid UK driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £35,131-£40,401 per annum, depending on experience.
- Overtime pay at enhanced rates.
- A 4% bonus, subject to targets being met.
