Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Head of Platform to join our leadership team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and driving success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the operational planning of our technology strategy in alignment with our company goals.
  • Lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust technology solutions to meet business needs and drive growth.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects.
  • Ability to recruit and manage high-performing engineering teams.
