Senior M&E Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Engineer to join our team at PRS LTD. As a key member of our multi-skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, as well as annual shutdowns of critical plant, in a state-of-the-art skyscraper in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation of the building's critical systems
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate tenants and building management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Full qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a similar M&E / building services maintenance role in a critical or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of single and three-phase power, emergency lighting, fire alarms, pumps and motors, air handling and fan coil units, BMS operation, water treatment, pressurisation units, VRV/VRFs, diesel generators, UPS systems, HV/LV distribution, and other relevant systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality
