Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week

Pay: Up to £11.79 per hour

Location: Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street)

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street). As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared for guests
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
