Project Coordination Specialist

Overview
Atlas is a leading facilities management company committed to delivering top-notch service to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects in the South of England for a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliant and successful project delivery, maintaining compliance with contract deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves overseeing all stages of Infineum's framework and processes from start to finish, liaising with third-party suppliers and subcontractors, and managing budget within cost control measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of projects by following and applying all stages of Infineum's framework and processes.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery, quality, and safety are maintained.
- Manage budget within cost control measures.
- Schedule installation and resources required for the project to ensure works are carried out safely and inline with customer expectations.
- Manage all health and safety aspects of the project, including CDM requirements and necessary health and safety paperwork.
- Ensure projects are completed in line with the programme, project plan, Atlas expected standard of delivery, and meeting customer specifications at handover.
- Coordinate and manage defect/reactive works required on site inline with project delivery to satisfy contract requirements.
- Coordinate design application within the project stream of works.
- Build a strong relationship with the Customer, Stakeholder, and on-site team.
- Engage in continuous improvement of quality and delivery of projects and support clients' operational and environmental commitments.
- Follow company procedures and provide high standards of customer service.
- Achieve appearance and bearing of a professional company image throughout communications and actions.
- Provide guidance and direction to CAD/subcontractors to ensure operational and technical excellence.
- Manage site drawings and O&M manuals to ensure they are kept, retained, and maintained at all times.
- Ensure revenue targets from all projects are met.
- Accurately procure products and materials inline with client specifications.
- Attend pre-start, Progress, handover meetings, produce subsequent minutes, reports, and actions.
- Act as a single point of contact for the project internally and externally.
About You
The ideal candidate should possess GSCE qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent, accredited health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH, General Cert, or IOSH Managing Safely, PRINCE2 and/or equivalent PM qualifications, Site Management and Safety Accreditation SMST/SSST, Asbestos Awareness Qualification, and First Aid Certificate.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an attractive salary package with a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits that include opportunities for career growth, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive training program.
