CNC Operator Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Interaction - Watford.

This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary of £19-£20 per hour, based on experience, and regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, plus every other Saturday 09:30 - 15:30.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with natural stone and hands-on experience operating CNC machines.

Job Description:

The main responsibility of this role is to operate CNC machines to shape and cut natural stone for luxury bathroom designs and other stone-based applications.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for evaluating high-quality, precise cuts and finishes are achieved on all products, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on the CNC machine when required, and collaborating with the production team to ensure all orders are completed to specification and on time.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with natural stone is essential.
  • Hands-on experience operating CNC machines (stone CNC experience is a plus).
  • Show strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
