Logistics Associate

As a crucial part of our team at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will play a significant part in maintaining our brand image, ensuring timely delivery of goods and collecting valuable customer feedback.

• Deliver products to customers' premises within a 1-mile radius.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
• Provide feedback to the branch on relevant customer and competitor activity.
• Loading vehicles according to procedures.
• Collecting customer returns as required.
• Vehicle maintenance, including daily checks.
• Supporting warehouse activities when needed.
• Assisting with inter-branch transfer deliveries when necessary.

Average up to hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working depending on branch needs.

• Must hold a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• In-depth knowledge of the surrounding area.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver.
• Ability to understand the importance of excellent customer service standards.
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go above and beyond.
