Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored learning plans: Create individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers: Work closely with teaching staff to deliver effective support to SEN students.
  • Monitor student progress: Regularly track and assess student progress, reporting back to the SENCO and teaching staff.
