About the Role

Pirate Studios is a leading provider of rehearsal, DJ and recording facilities with studios in the UK, Ireland, Germany and the USA. We're seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee daily studio operations in our London studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily studio operations, manage equipment, and work with contractors and staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it's in good working order.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, gather customer feedback, and make improvements to enhance the overall experience.
  • People Management: Lead a team of Site Assistants and cleaners, providing training and support to ensure they have the tools to thrive.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for artists, staff, and contractors by ensuring all compliance tasks and safety regulations are followed.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to bring our studios to life through exciting events and community-building activities.
About You
  • Experience: Proven experience in site operations management.
  • Passion: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for music and creative spaces.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities, with a natural ability to multitask.
  • Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and approachable, with a talent for building and retaining happy teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30,000.
