About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join our team at Megan's in Surbiton. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and training our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor at Megan's, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and training our team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing the restaurant floor, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Contributing to the overall success of the restaurant, including sales growth and customer satisfaction
