Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Centre Director to join our TPS team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in sales, marketing, or management. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and a pension scheme. Our Centre Directors also enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with a 37-hour working week and generous holiday entitlement.
