Thurrock Council is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a leader in adult community services. As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you will have a proven track record of providing high-quality services to adults with complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real difference to the lives of adults with complex needs. You will have the chance to develop and implement service plans, lead a team of occupational therapists, and maintain accurate records and reports.

The salary for this role is estimated at £54,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing service plans to meet the needs of adults with complex needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy (BSc / Dip HE), be HCPC Registered, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check at Enhanced Level with Children's & Adults Barred List is required for this post.
