Senior Scientist Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scientist to join our innovative biotech start-up in the Advanced Therapies sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and refining methodologies for immunophenotyping, flow cytometry, and cytokine release assays, evaluating cell therapy constructs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies. With a strong background in immunology, cell biology, or molecular biology, and 2+ years of relevant experience in biotech or pharma, you will be able to analyze complex data, generate insights, and guide further engineering efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine methodologies for immunophenotyping, flow cytometry, and cytokine release assays
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct preclinical studies optimizing protocols for TCR-T and CAR-T cell development

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
