Job Title: Business Development Manager

Airwallex is a leading unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. Our innovative technology empowers over 100,000 companies worldwide to manage everything from business accounts, payments, spend management, and treasury.

We are seeking a strategic and creative Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in EMEA. You will be responsible for building out an exciting new vertical within the Partnerships team. Your primary focus will be on generating and activating product-led partnerships with SaaS and technology companies in EMEA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in fintech or a high-growth environment, preferably with a background in partnership development. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker).

Your key responsibilities include leading, owning, and developing a partnership strategy that aligns with our overall EMEA business vision. You will generate, activate, and manage partnerships in EMEA, coordinate due diligence processes with prospective partners, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Legal. You will also represent Airwallex at events and conferences, speaking on relevant panels and webinars.

Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
