Trevett Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Project Director to join their team in Westminster. As a key member of the company, you will play a vital part in managing a government portfolio and leading activities across PFI contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful completion of projects in line with quality and commercial plans, achieving targets within agreed timescales and cost constraints.
- Participate in bid activity with the Business Development team.
- Provide Health and Safety leadership and input in the preparation of business plans and budgets.
- Maintain positive relationships with project customers through efficient delivery of projects.
Essential Experience:
- Desirable SC clearance.
- PFI knowledge and experience working with main contractors or large subcontractors.
- Cost control experience and excellent leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with excellent financial control skills and keen attention to Health and Safety matters.
