Job Overview

Rullion Limited seeks a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to define methods for manufacturing processes at an additive manufacturing business in Worcester. This role will involve supporting the development of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality engineering strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new product introduction (NPI) projects, including risk assessments, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and control plan development.
  • Maintain quality plans, support capability studies, and lead root cause investigations of manufacturing issues.
  • Implement defined techniques, SOPs, work instructions, and processes to achieve quality standards.
  • Work closely with technical and engineering personnel on new product development and process improvements.
  • E nsure adherence to health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing challenges.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in this field, with knowledge of APQP methodologies and problem-solving tools.
  • Proficiency in MS packages and ERP systems.
  • Experience executing APQP projects for high-volume production manufacturing facilities.
  • Delivering validation packages to external customers.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer specifications.
  • Following verbal and written instructions.
  • The ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Methodical and self-motivated.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Effective communication.
  • High-level manufacturing background.

Estimated Salary: £23-25 per hour, paid + (37.5 hours/week).
