Job Description:

At Prospero Teaching, we are seeking a Tutoring Expert to join our team and deliver 1:1 tuition to young people who are out of mainstream education. As an experienced teacher, you will be able to create and deliver engaging lesson plans that bridge gaps in pupil's education and boost attainment levels.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in supporting pupils with SEN needs, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs. Tuition often takes place at home within the Romford area. Your responsibility will be to engage students back into learning and offer structure back into their daily routine.

We work closely with our tutors to monitor the progression of each student by asking for weekly reports, focusing on the highs and lows of the week and what subject areas were focused on. You will also need to highlight engagement levels to ensure that the sessions are being beneficial to the young person.

**Salary:** £27-£31 per hour
