Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our team at Chesterfield College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students across Levels 2 and 3 in our Business curriculum area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, teach, and assess student work in a classroom-based environment
  • Act as a Personal Tutor and provide guidance and support to students
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of student attendance, retention, and achievement
  • Develop and deliver T-level provision, if applicable

Requirements:

  • Recognised teaching qualification and a qualification in English and Mathematics at minimum Level 2
  • Vocational and teaching experience
  • Good administration, interpersonal, and IT skills
