Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Norfolk Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our branch, ensuring that it operates efficiently, profitably, and provides the highest standard of care to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the branch to ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines and maintain the highest standard of care.
- Recruit and develop a team of carers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to provide exceptional care.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth and expand our customer base.
- Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and implement improvements as necessary.
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
- Support staff and carers with their training and development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
