Learning Facilitator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Facilitator to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. In this role, you will provide individualised learning experiences for pupils with neurodiverse needs.

As a Learning Facilitator, you will lead classroom activities, planning, teaching, and assessing learning, working closely with pupils to help them achieve their learning goals. You will also monitor and record progress, using your expertise to identify areas for improvement.

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to each pupil's unique strengths and interests.
• Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes.
• Work closely with pupils, keeping them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.

The salary for this position is between £28,350 and £33,592 per annum, based on working 40 hours per week (39.2 weeks of the year). You will receive paid holidays (12.8 weeks) and contribute to our pension scheme (5% employee contribution, 3% employer contribution).
