- Oversee account profitability and lead project activities to maintain net profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by applying Key Account Management principles.
- Develop annual business plans and budgets for contract portfolios.
- Carry out monthly project reviews of P&L accountability, including progress, quality, and sub-contractor management.
Requirements:
- A natural leader with charisma and ability to bring out the best in people.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
- Full British Passport and Drivers Licence.
- Over 5 years experience in Facilities Management.
