The Senior Project Manager Role:

  1. Oversee account profitability and lead project activities to maintain net profitability.
  2. Foster strong relationships with clients by applying Key Account Management principles.
  3. Develop annual business plans and budgets for contract portfolios.
  4. Carry out monthly project reviews of P&L accountability, including progress, quality, and sub-contractor management.

Requirements:

  • A natural leader with charisma and ability to bring out the best in people.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Full British Passport and Drivers Licence.
  • Over 5 years experience in Facilities Management.
