Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Deputy Manager to work closely with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire their own team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
• Managing restaurant operations, including inventory and supply chain management
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
