Electrical Project Manager M&E Opportunity

Core Group is seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager M&E to join our client's team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be based at a hospital in Winchester and will be responsible for managing electrical projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in the M&E sector and a good understanding of commercial principles. They will also be able to create basic programmes in Asta/MS Projects and have SMSTS or equivalent certification.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing pre-construction design, checking design drawings and value engineering, preparing and monitoring contract programmes and progress reports, procuring and managing subcontractors, and overseeing the commissioning process and handover to the client.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager M&E to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our client's team.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in the M&E sector

Good understanding of commercial principles

Ability to create basic programmes in Asta/MS Projects

SMSTS or equivalent certification

Experience of managing electrical projects across various sectors
