We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Goldsmiths, a leading luxury watch and jewellery retailer. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Showroom Manager in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Assist the Showroom Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction
- Recruit, train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
