About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motorcycle Vehicle Technician to join our team at Pure Triumph Wellingborough.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,500 - £33,500, dependent on experience.

About the Job

As a Motorcycle Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections and service routines, repairs, and testing of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

You will work closely with our workshop team to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle inspections and service routines, including routine maintenance and repair tasks
  • Test and diagnose vehicle faults using technical information and repair order instructions
  • Plan necessary work and order parts to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Discuss complex work with the Workshop Supervisor/Controller to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Accurately record vehicle faults and work carried out for reference by service reception
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Assist with apprentice training and supervision as required

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements
  • Minimum of Motor Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 Qualification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • High levels of integrity and drive to succeed

Working Hours

This is a Monday-to-Friday role (09:00-18:00), with occasional Saturday work on a 1-in-2 basis (09:00-13:00).
