Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Falkirk, Scotland. This is a field-based position with travel opportunities, offering a competitive salary of £42,500 and a company car or car allowance.
As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and performing various site-related tasks, including maintenance and repair, third-party relationships, and facility management system control. You will also assist in the management of regional projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise efficiencies of revenue-generating assets by developing appropriate reporting.
- Assist in the management and performance of maintenance and repair, third-party relationships, and facility management system control.

Requirements
To succeed as a Site Operations Manager, you will need a good understanding of the business model and experience working in both the forecourt and retail sectors. You should also have project management experience, some H&S knowledge, and IT skills, including Excel proficiency.
