Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor Leader to join our team at OutThere RPO. As an Auditor Leader, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, conducting risk assessments, and executing audit procedures to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Audit Engagements: Plan and execute audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
  • Risk Assessment and Audit Planning: Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored audit plans based on identified risks.
  • Mentorship and Training: Supervise and mentor junior auditors and staff, providing training and guidance during audits.
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate audit findings to management and provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on changes in regulations, standards, and best practices within the auditing field.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a public accounting or large corporate environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implications from data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Quality: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience working collaboratively with teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
