Job Purpose:

As a Senior Playwork Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and delivering effective Out of School Care provision to meet the individual needs of children and their families. You will provide professional support and line management to a team of staff to enable them to deliver high-quality learning and childcare.

About the Role:

The post holder will be required to be the Registered Manager of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will be responsible for managing and facilitating change, managing and maximising resources, and effective written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a high-quality Out of School Care service
  • Experience of working directly with school-aged children
