We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at the Rowan Learning Trust. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our schools, ensuring the effective management of our finances and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Line manage a team of finance staff and provide guidance on financial matters
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives
- Provide financial advice and support to school leaders and governors
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
