Job Title: Area Sales Manager Tile Panels and Wall Coverings

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and promote our range of acrylic and PVC tile panels to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our manufactured range of tile panels to housing associations, social housing, regional housebuilders, and modular builders.
  • Target predominantly social housing, housing associations, regional housebuilders/developers, and modular builders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare, care homes, kitchen and bathroom companies, modular building companies, architects, hotel and pub chains, and distributors sectors.
  • Organise attendance at relevant trade shows and work closely with our marketing and sales support teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven field sales track record promoting building products into housing associations, housebuilders/housing developers, or modular builders.
  • Ability to understand technical and installation benefits of the product and convey these to clients.
  • Strong relationships within the construction industry, particularly with kitchen and bathroom companies, modular building companies, hotel and pub chains, and distributors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
