Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to join our team as a Senior Kitchen Manager. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will lead shifts, manage kitchen operations, and ensure our food meets the highest standards. With a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Sous Chef, with a proven track record of successfully leading kitchen teams and driving performance improvements. Your duties will include:

  • Managing kitchen staff, including training, coaching, and mentoring to develop their skills and confidence.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background as a Sous Chef or equivalent position, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.">

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as overtime pay, staff discounts, and paid breaks. Additionally, you will receive opportunities for professional development, career progression, and employee recognition programs.
