**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent with extensive experience in Earthworks to join our team at EKFB. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and construction programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation.
- Coordinate with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works.
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
- Assist with the coordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
- Contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
Requirements
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
- Mandatory CSCS Requirement (one of the following) - Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow, or Red Experienced.
- Mandatory SMSTS.
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
- Must have experience working in Earthworks.
- Previous experience in quality assurance and geotechnical management is preferred.
- Good team skills.
