Job Overview:

The Field Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering on-site customer training programs for Blood Glucose and Blood Gas products. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate these devices effectively.

About the Role:

  • Deliver on-site customer training programs for Blood Glucose and Blood Gas products.
  • Maintain and document customer training records, including names of personnel trained, date training was performed, and training agenda.
  • Ensure that all documentation adheres to the Quality Management System and is revision controlled.
  • Produce reports for Customers and Management as required.
  • Assist customers with ongoing Training, Audits, and onsite after-sales support when they go live with StatStrip, StatSensor, and Blood Gas products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nursing background with experience of training is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of Point of Care testing products is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to travel within or outside the assigned location for extended periods based on project requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Full valid UK manual driving license.

Packages:

  • The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus a £1,200 bonus, company car, laptop, phone, 10% contributory pension, and PHI benefits.
  • 25 days' holiday per annum, plus statutory leave.
