Clinical Trial Manager – Uxbridge, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Manager to lead and manage trials and teams across a cluster, working with teams in the UK, ROI, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing protocols and consent forms

• Organizing kick-off meetings

• Training CRA teams

• Organizing investigator meetings

• Monitoring and tracking start-up activities

• Coordinating the submission process and ethics approvals

• Supporting monitoring teams

• Overseeing monitoring activities

• Developing strategies to oversee and assess CRA performance

This is a client-dedicated role where you will work exclusively on one sponsor's trials and SOPs, with a client that values their staff and prioritizes career development.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical research

• Experience in clinical trial design

• Ability to plan, set and manage clinical trial budgets

• Previous CRA experience in the UK is preferable

This is a full-time and permanent position, employed through Fortrea. You will be office-based in Uxbridge 50% of the time, with the remaining time working from home.
