The successful candidate will work in a modern private hospital in Ashford, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Deliver exceptional standards of patient care by prioritising patient safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Safety & Management: Ensure all care areas are safe, fit for purpose, and effectively managed to uphold a high-quality care environment.
  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them achieve workplace competencies.
  • Post-Operative Care: Assist in delivering post-operative care, ensuring that all care areas are well-maintained and managed to meet patient needs.
  • Medication Management: Safeguard the administration of medications and controlled drugs, ensuring adherence to high safety and quality standards.
  • Data Recording: Accurately document post-operative care data in systems like Compucare and Endobase, ensuring all records are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits and paid enhancements. This includes 25 days holiday a year increasing during employment, private medical insurance, a private pension scheme, free on-site parking, part-time hours considered, SFA training provided, enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption leave, employee referral scheme, learning and development; free courses and industry recognised qualifications, friends & family hospital discounts, NHS Blue Light Discount Card, and more.

Candidate Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council), have post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting, and possess excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
