We're seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Technical Lead to join our Operations team at Monzo. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge ML techniques to enhance customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and deployment of advanced ML models to improve customer support experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ML models in product squads.
  • Leverage deep learning, graph-based, and sequence-based ML architectures to develop production-ready models.
Requirements:
  • Possess extensive experience in developing and deploying ML models, preferably in a fast-moving tech company.
  • Have a strong command of SQL and experience writing production Python code.
  • Thrives in ambiguous problem-solving environments and has a track record of helping teams resolve ambiguity.
  • Experience working with operations, financial crime, and regulated institutions is a plus.
