Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Barclay Meade. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
