About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Progressor to join our Estate Agency team. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of sales transactions from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and maintain accurate records
  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, surveyors, and vendors
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion, communicating effectively with all parties involved
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills to drive career progression
  • Passionate about haart, our values, and processes
  • Hunger to earn and drive to work hard to reap rewards from dedication
What's on Offer
  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Move Manager Scheme - quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
