Cinema Operations Manager

About the Role:
Cineworld Cinemas Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cinema Manager to join our team. As a Cinema Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our cinema, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema, including staffing, stock control, cash reconciliation, and customer service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cinema staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Commercial Management: Manage the commercial aspects of the cinema, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
What We Offer:
Cineworld Cinemas Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including 28 days holiday per year, contributory pension scheme, cash back healthcare plan, and eye care scheme. As a Cinema Manager, you will also be eligible for the Cineworld Cinepass, which entitles you and up to two guests to complimentary cinema visits and discounts on food and drink.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cinema operations, team leadership, and commercial management. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
