We are looking for an Early Careers Professional to join our team as an Aviation Skills Development Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training and supporting learners in achieving their qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on essential aviation skills.
  • Work closely with learners to ensure they meet qualification requirements.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback from trainees.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering mandatory training, especially in Human Factors and Safety Management Systems.
  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent, or working towards it).
  • Understanding of Part 145, Part M, and relevant regulatory standards.
