Job Description:

This Dispute Resolution Solicitor role involves managing a variety of cases, including boundary disputes, debt recovery, and contract breaches. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies for dispute resolution.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor with ideally 2-10+ years PQE to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases and develop your expertise in civil litigation.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution cases.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in civil litigation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in civil litigation or a related field.
  • Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
