Job Summary


At Stafforce, we're looking for a skilled Pattern/Mould Maker to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you'll work closely with our design team to develop and implement efficient manufacturing routes for our products.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the design team to confirm manufacturing routes and ensure timely production.
  • Manufacture patterns and tools as per approved route cards, leveraging CNC machines in our Pattern shop.
  • Transfer tool paths to CNC machines and produce parts, maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Design and manufacture running and gating systems, either by hand or using CNC machining, based on route cards and assembly techniques.
  • Assemble patterns and running and gating systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in pattern making and mould manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
