The MASH Team at Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their dynamic unit. As a Social Worker, you will play a critical role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families by handling referrals, identifying risks, and assessing levels of need. You will collaborate with partner agencies to provide professional advice and guidance to support children and families effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle referrals and identify risks and levels of need with precision and care.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, including police, health, and education professionals, to provide professional advice and guidance.
• Conduct thorough assessments to inform decisions and ensure appropriate interventions.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to support children and families effectively.
• Act as a vital point of contact to ensure children receive the right services at the right time.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
• Current registration with Social Care England.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding processes, child protection legislation, and multi-agency collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
