About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our client, a leading Luxurious Fit out specialist based in Antrim. As a key member of the factory team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the quantity surveying function to achieve commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review tender documents from the Commercial Department, scrutinising cost breakdowns for every manufacture item required.
  • Prepare project budgets for the joinery workshop, valuing and agreeing the cost of any variations.
  • Provide cost, value, and reconciliation reports on each assigned project, identifying labour, material requirements, and sourcing quotations where applicable.
  • Liaise with purchasing teams to obtain quotations for specialist providers, attending internal hand-over meetings and providing feedback to the Commercial Department regarding tender values vs. actual costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
