Your ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality repairs is crucial to our success. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues, ensuring that our customers are delighted with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with Jaguar Land Rover vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are delighted with the service they receive
  • Work independently, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
  • Full category B driving licence, with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
