IT Infrastructure Support Specialist at Cerco

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Cerco. As a key member of our systems support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Desktop Services, Datacentre, Security, Toolsets/Admin, and ITIL processes.
  • Hardware and Software Expertise: Provide hands-on experience in laptop, switch, router, McAfee Suite, CA Suite, Incident, Desktop, Storage, Trend Suite, ServiceNow, network shares, Problem (RCA).
  • Server and Software Platforms: Expertise in MS Office 2016, Windows Server 2012/16, LogRhythm, Print Services, Change/Patch, Windows 10, SQL Server 2014/16, RSA, Licences.
  • Network and Infrastructure: Knowledge in Firewalls, AD (Active Directory), Certificates, Load Balancers, CISCO ISE, Visual Studio Professional 2012, Security Appliances, CISCO Tripwire, PowerISO.
  • Additional Tools and Systems: Skills in Bluecoat, vRealize Suite, Unisphere Management, SQL Management Studio, Microsoft EMS, Microsoft SMS.
Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work on a 24/7, 365 days a year rotation, with 4 (day or night) 12.5-hour shifts followed by 6 days off. The initial shift pattern will be as follows:

  • Phase 1 (Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00)
  • Phase 2 (Mon-Fri, 07:00-19:00)
  • Phase 3 (Full Service 24/7/365 on roster)
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in Desktop Services, Datacentre, Security, Toolsets/Admin, and ITIL processes.
  • Hardware and Software: Experience in laptop, switch, router, McAfee Suite, CA Suite, Incident, Desktop, Storage, Trend Suite, ServiceNow, network shares, Problem (RCA).
