Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development
  • Sourcing new candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Negotiating fees and rates with clients
  • Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to source the best talent
  • Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards
  • Screening candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and client preferences
  • Ensuring candidates have the correct right to work
  • Managing each stage of the process, including interviews and offers
  • Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients

Requirements:
  • A desire to work in a sales environment or previous sales experience
