In this pivotal role, you will be trained from scratch to become a fully-qualified Account Manager, working Monday through Friday and every other Saturday until 12:00. Your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dealing confidently with clients via face-to-face interactions and phone calls
  • Cultivating and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients
  • Handling referrals, inbound inquiries, and optimizing customer spend by prioritizing their needs
