Sales and Customer Relationship Development Manager

Acorn by Synergie, a renowned business consulting firm, is seeking an accomplished Account Advisor to spearhead its growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail, hospitality, or customer care, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
In this pivotal role, you will be trained from scratch to become a fully-qualified Account Manager, working Monday through Friday and every other Saturday until 12:00. Your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing confidently with clients via face-to-face interactions and phone calls
- Cultivating and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients
- Handling referrals, inbound inquiries, and optimizing customer spend by prioritizing their needs
Requirements:

- Demonstrated strong communication skills and enthusiastic sales ability
- Realistic salary expectation of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
