Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

ADR Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the FMCG sector. This is a diverse role within a company that operates in a booming industry.

The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager and work within a large, busy manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include responding to break downs and working on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.

What's on Offer?
  • Shift-based role with a Panama-type shift breakdown (12 hours)
  • FMCG manufacturing business with a focus on fast-paced environments
Job Requirements
  • Strong background in Food/FMCG engineering with experience in fast-paced environments
  • PLC fault finding skills and multi-skilled with strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in partnership with the Engineering Manager, production staff, and technicians to carry out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery
  • Responding to break downs and reactive maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery
  • Following site H&S procedures and reporting any risks via the internal reporting process
Person Requirements
  • Time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably from the Food/FMCG Industry
  • Recognised Engineering qualification, e.g., Working knowledge of PLCs
  • Working experience within highly automated environments
