Music Teacher Role

We are seeking an experienced Music Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Music curriculum and be able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons to students.

  • Assess students and provide constructive feedback on their progress.
  • Organise and maintain a professional classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve academic and personal goals for students.
  • Comply with school policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Music Teacher in a Secondary School setting.
  • Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A relevant Music-related degree is desirable.
